509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded

Hey guys, I went to my site and got this error - http://www.tarheelforum.com . My site's been really dead lately so I doubt some huge spike in traffic has caused an overage of bandwidth use.  Maybe I need to pay again?

The site shows that you have transfered 15bg of data. I'll unsuspend you and watch the bandwidth limit

Maybe going over your logs would be best as well. If your site has been dead, it should not be using that much bandwidth.
