Ive been looking for some social sites who could help me with some brigade logos that ive been trying to merge...just wondering if anyone could help me with my problem..ill attach the two logos,i was wondering if anyone can merge the 2 logos, the alien logo with a second logo as background..

Help  is will be greatly appreciated...

hhmmm btw,one more favor..if its not too much...
could you make it transparent?...transparent background to empasize the wings of the purple logo...
