Ok I have SMF 2.0 RC1-1 and I have installed
Trellis Desk ticket support system. What I want to do is move the databases in _trellisdesk to _chitchatchatterbox. Reason for it ultimately I want trellis desk to look for members accounts not in trellisdesk_members database but in mainsite_members database. Right now my Forum uses mainsite_members database and trellis desk uses trellisdesk_members database for their member database setup. At the end I want to have both be looking in mainsite_members database for the member system. That would me I would have to add a few strings to mainsite_members that trellisdesk_members has that mainsite_members doesn't. Also I would have to switch trellis desk system prefix because it is using a prefix different then my sites database. Also there is 1 or 2 databases that are already made like trellisdesk_settings already is made by mainsite_settings. So there we would have to move over the stuff that is in trellisdesk_settings into mainsite_settings.
This is what I was needing help with.
My main goal in this WHOLE process is to have my trellis desk system have its member system connected to my site. That way if people on my site click the 'Support' button they dont have to create another account in the ticket system. Instead it runs off my sites member system. So if they have a account on my site it is used on the ticket system as well is what I want. (So then if they don't have a account they will have to create one on my site to use the ticket system).
If there is a simpler way to have this happen please help me in achiving this. (There probably is as I am a newer php coder I dont know if there is)

Closed ... I would edit the first post but I cant! .... It is not solved but I removed the ticket system due to a lack of use and need.
