Still not sure about the CHMOD, where to find it and how to change it.

I tried adding Stop Forum Spam, but it conflicted with stop spammer 2.2, should I go with the Stop Forum Spam one instead? or figure out how to fix it so it works?
What was the conflict?

Still not sure about the CHMOD, where to find it and how to change it.

In your FTP or File Manager you highlight all or w/e files you are going to change the permissions of and right click them and say edit/change permissions and set them to 755

Considering that the main topic of this post has been solved, I will tag this post solved. I will post a new thread if I seem to be having problems with the "test site", which from a quick look this morning and last night, I think I will have. But I will look to see if there is other info somewhere here to work my way through it before starting another thread.
Again I would like to thank you all for the great help.

We do what we can to help others! Setting up the test site isn't that hard ... sounds like a lot but after its all and done with well worth the effort if you use it properly!
