Editing Smileys

I just found out the weirdest thing.
 
 I was looking in my Smileys and Message Icons area, and I noticed that there was no Edit Smileys tab. So I try to figure out if it actually exists by typing "?action=smileys;sa=editsmileys" and there it was! However the $txt string wouldn't read. So I checked my ManageSmileys.php file and my ManageSmileys.english.php file and the string exists, but something is not making it return the string.

My first guess was that it is caused by some setting, but I don't know.  :no :( :doh

Have you checked all the options in the Settings panel in Smileys and Message Icons?

The setting shouldn't say "Enable customized smileys". It should say something like "Be able to Edit Smileys" or something.  :dman :lmao

Gee....the obvious things in the world I miss..... :cry
