Topic: Help installing "add PM to info headder" in smf1.1.4

I am trying to install the "add PM to info headder" mod and it won't install through the auto installer so I tried to do it manually but the first file to mod "$languagedir/Modifications.english.php" I don't seem to have or I am doing something wrong.
 
Can anyone help me with this?

have you tried reading this?? not sure about that mod, but if you read on how to edit files manually, you shouldnt have any problems, but if you do, post up what you are stuck on and use this way to post it:

Are you trying to install this on a custom theme. if so you may not have a modifications.english.php file there. If not it is in the default language directory and would have already been modified when you installed it so there would be now need to edit it.

I had o change the version info to 1.1.4 from 1.1.2 found it on the smf site but thanks

yes I had to change it in the file. it's all fixed now
