is it the same my chat on lunarpages hosting?

i am on lunarpages basic hosting and using cpanel x. i can see phpmychat in it... but have never used it.

because i dont know how.

members in my forum are really itching to have a chat... but i haven't found any FREE chat yet... and i am afraid i won't be able to do it because i have limited php coding knowledge  :'(

can u guys help me?


- also i tried to click the link that Shadow posted... it doesnt work already?

I think flashchat from tufat would integrate better and be easier to use.

 Rather than that you might consider a nav bar link to a free chat system such as http://www.freejavachat.com/ Put the code they provide into an html page tricked out as you like, host that page, nav bar link to that page...or insert their code into the forum template...either way should work.

 Unlike the chat system you were looking at this one won't use any database information from your forum...so no users will be ready set up etc.
